Burcu Durak, Owner and the Primary Consultant of the company was born in Turkey in 1985. After she studied in prestigious schools in Turkey, she attended one of the best engineering universities, Middle East Technical University, and got her Civil Engineering Diploma. After attending the exchange program at the University of Calgary, Canada in her last year of school she decided to continue her education life abroad. And upon completion of the university, she got accepted from Politecnico di Milano, Italy on scholarship and studied the Architectural Engineering Masters program. She completed the program in 2011 and started working in Turkey.

Between the years 2012 and 2013, she started working in Turkmenistan as a Planning Engineer in Polimeks (56th ranked in 2012 ENR List) for an Olympic Complex Project. The project was the construction of 'Olympic Complex' that was going to host the 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. The Olympic Village includes an indoor velodrome, training halls, indoor arenas, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, etc.. Contract Price was 4.8B USD.

Between the years 2013 and 2014, she started working in Azerbaijan as a Planning Engineer in Tekfen at the construction of the Baku Olympic Stadium Project which was going to host the Baku European Olympic Games. 65,000 people capacity stadiums contract price was 640.5B USD.

Between the years 2014 and 2015, she started working again in Azerbaijan as a Senior Planning Engineer in Broadstone Company, assisting them to build the infrastructure, venues, and facilities necessary to conduct the Baku European Olympic Games.

And for the past 5 years, she has been working as a Senior Planning Engineer in Gilan for Crescent Development Project. This project which is estimated to cost 1.2B USD, is a multiuse project with unique solutions. She has been leading a team of 4 and dealing with more than 50 subcontractors who are actively working. 

During these years she also attended PMP courses and certified as Project Management Professional. Her latest achievement is that she attended advance primavera courses and certified successfully.

 

Now, she is providing planning services to High Speed 2 (HS2) Project and some other commercial projects in UK.
